-Changes Are Coming-
We are going to be making some changes over the next couple weeks.
We always strive to improve our products in function and form. Over the last 6 months we have been working on improving several key factors. First, our color selection is expanding and we are almost ready to implement our new color, chestnut. We are very happy with the new color and it looks extremely good with any of our 3 base thread choices.
Second, We will be switching from dyeing our own leather to having it dyed by the tannery for us. Our tannery has millions of dollars in specialized equipment and a process that we simply cannot match. Our colors are now darker, more uniform and vibrant and as a bonus this will also effectively decrease our build times slightly. While more expensive, Our new bridle leather is thicker, more durable, has excellent molding properties and is by nature extremely weather resistant.
Lastly, One of the most often requests we get is black rivets, eyelets and Dee rings to match our snaps. Previously this was not possible, there simply were no suppliers for such and the cost factor to have them custom made and then plated was astronomical. We have been working with a local supplier and plater and are now able to offer all of our hardware in black. All orders shipping after 4-1 will be built using the new bridle leather and include complete black hardware where typically used. In order to offer this to our customers we had to order each item in 100k quantities which is several years worth for us. As a small business this is a huge investment for us but we are extremely happy with the results.
We have already sent out several advance sheaths with the new leather and hardware combination to an overwhelmingly positive response.
As always, we offer more colors, choices, and options than anywhere else.
